Around 12 years ago we wanted to find out what great companies do to engage their employees, so we spent 3 years working alongside companies such as Ritz Carlton, Disney, Southwest Airlines, Sewell Automotive and around 30 others.

We identified what each organisation does best, why it worked and how this benefited the organisation and its people.

From this we developed a unique approach to delivering engagement and we work with organisations in the Private and Public sectors doing just that.
