About Us

Our People

When we established The Employee Engagement People our overriding priority was to build an organisation that people can trust. One that charges a fair price for reliable advice with the flexibility to design programmes that suit each client individually.

To do this we identified the people we’ve known and worked with for many years and invited them to join us…people we can trust.

This has stood us in good stead – 95% of our work comes from recommendations…so, thank you to those clients who have recommended us and thanks of course go to people for bringing their expertise and commitment to our business.

Directors

Trevor Lincoln – Trevor works with our clients on business strategy, organisational, culture and values design.

He designs and delivers our leadership programmes in UK and Internationally in USA, Norway, Tanzania and Morocco, bringing experience developed through or Service Excellence programmes involving Ritz Carlton, Disney and around 30 other US & UK businesses.

He is an experienced senior level Coach and Mentor and developed our unique approach to linking personality profiling to leadership development.

Trevor is very much connected to the Employee Owned network. As former Director or a £160m Employee Benefits Trust, and former Interim Executive Director of the Employee Ownership Association he brings that experience to our employee-owned clients or to those in transition to employee ownership.

Barry Howarth – Barry works extensively in the Higher Education Sector, designing programmes for one of UK’s leading Business Schools that deliver undergraduate and post-graduate curricula through carefully designed experiential learning.

Barry’s unique background as a leading figure in the field of equality and diversity is invaluable to his design of our Business School post-graduate residential programme, which over the last 12 years has delivered curriculum-linked learning to around 500 international business studies students annually.

Barry ensures that all programmes meet the highest equality impact assessment standards and client cultural expectations.

Away from Education, he works with businesses large and small across the UK, particularly in designing bespoke, values linked experiential learning programmes.

Janet Lincoln – Janet brings a wealth of financial services, sales and coaching experience to The Employee Engagement People. She is an exceptionally strong coach and of all of us, with around 15 years experience has the strongest background in coaching for sales success.

She has worked across all sectors – large and small businesses, the Public Sector and the Voluntary Sector. She is at her best when facilitating group work – her style and approach eliciting exceptionally high feedback from our clients.

Janet works closely with Barry on the delivery of the Business School residential programme and has responsibility for quality assurance and the development of our facilitators.

Our Facilitators Our team of 10 Facilitators are all people we have known and worked with for many years….most going back as far as 20 years. When we look for new Facilitators it tends to be a long process….we are very, very selective. We want “people-people” who have been around a bit, so they understand business and know how to always put the client first.

Our team brings a range of skills and experience – NLP Coaching, Change Management, Leadership, Recruitment, Talent Development, Communication Skills – all have vast experience of working with clients across all sectors and the ability to deliver to our demanding cultural and values standards.
